Patient 2

Breast Lift & Breast Augmentation

This 50-year-old woman had lost volume in her breasts as a result of diet, exercise and pregnancies. Her preoperative photographs demonstrate that the left breast is slightly smaller than the right. Dr. Nini recommended a subglandular augmentation with a French-style vertical mastopexy and different sized implants to help correct the asymmetry. A cohesive gel silicone 350 cc implant was placed on the left and a 325 cc implant was placed on the right side. Silicone strips were used to help improve postoperative scarring with good results. Her photographs were taken at 6 months, we expect the scars to continue to improve over time. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Using Mentor smooth round moderate plus 250cc silicone gel implants were placed submuscularly and a mastopexy was also performed. She is now 34C. Photos at 6 months. Dr. Wey. (PDW)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 4

Breast Lift with Breast Augmentation

This 45 year old female has breast fed 3 children and would rejuvenate her breasts. She is 5’4 and weighs 130 lbs. Using a dual plane approach and 350cc smooth round moderate profile silicone gel implants a bilateral submuscular augmentation and mastopexy was performed. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 6

Breast Lift

This is a 58 year old 5’7 female who wished to remove her saline implants and replace them with silicone implants. She underwent a saline augmentation 12 years ago. She has between 350-375cc volume in the submuscular position. Removal of saline implants with replacement of 150cc silicone implants as well as mastopexy was performed. Photos at 4 months. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 7

Breast Lift

This woman also desires an improvement in her breast size and shape. In addition to relatively small breasts, she also has a bit of sagging (ptosis). Using bilateral submuscular breast implants (250 gram moderate-plus) combined with a vertical breast lift (mastopexy), we were able to simultaneously increase the breast volume and improve nipple position. Dr. Wey. (PDW)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 8

Breast Lift

This 24-year-old woman wanted a small increase in the size of her breasts and improved shape. She felt that her breasts were sagging too much for such a young person. She was 4 feet 9 inches tall and weighed 110 pounds. Because her nipple position was just at or just below the inframammary fold, we recommended a vertical, or French style left and a small breast implant. A 200 cc smooth round silicone breast implant was placed in the subglandular position. She is now a small C cup and loves the shape of her breasts. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 9

Breast Lift

This patient (53-years-old) is very fit and lean, but is still interested in improved contour of the breasts and removing some of the excess fat in her lower abdomen. She is 5’10” and 153 lbs. Her breasts show some classic deflation and a bit of ptosis consistent with the aging process. She also has quite a bit of volume asymmetry with the right breast being much larger than the left. A Mentor smooth round 325cc silicone implant was placed on the right side and a 225cc silicone implant was used on the left, as well as mastopexy to reposition the nipples. Using a new technique of power-assisted liposuction, 200gms of fat was removed from the lower abdomen, with no significant scarring whatsoever. Dr. Wey. (PDW)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 10

Breast Lift

This is a 40-year-old woman who desired a breast lift and a small increase in volume. A 225 cc silicone cohesive gel breast implant and French style lift was performed by Dr. Nini. This is often referred to as a vertical augmentation mastopexy. These are her photographs from one year later. Dr. Nini (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 11

Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation

This is a 42-year-old woman who desired rejuvenation of her breasts. She explained that after having 3 children she had lost the volume and shape that she enjoyed prior to her pregnancies. A French style, or vertical mastopexy was performed along with subglandular positioning of smooth round silicone implants. Because the left breast was slightly smaller than the right, a 225 cc implant was used on the left and a 200 cc implant was placed on the right. Her postoperative photos were taken 8 months after surgery. She is a full C cup now and the vertical scar should just about disappear within the next 6-12 months. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 12

Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation

This is a 43 year old who had a significant weight loss and is interested in more breast volume and better shape to her breasts. A bilateral mastopexy with insertion of 325cc smooth round moderate plus silicone gel implants was performed. Photos at 6 months. (PDW)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 13

Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation

This is a 37-year-old woman who was interested in improving the shape of her breasts and abdomen. She didn’t want her breasts to be any larger than they were, she simply wanted improved breast shape and a better fit in her bra and clothing. Dr. Nini suggested a mastopexy without an implant. Her photos are shown 10 months after her procedure. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 14

Breast Lift and Breast Implant Revision

This patient is a 48-year-old woman referred to Dr. Nini because she had leaking silicone breast implants. From her photos, you can see that her implants are high on her chest wall and distorting the breast mounds. In addition, the shape of the lower pole of the breast is quite oblique and flattened. Her nipples are well below the central portion of the breast implant itself. We performed a complete capsulectomy, with removal of the scar tissue that surrounds the leaking breast implant along with the implant material itself. Several temporary implants, or sizers, were used to see what created the best shape for her. Ultimately, a 400 cc new generation cohesive gel silicone breast implant was chosen along with a vertical or French style breasts lift. This combination nicely fit her 5 foot 3 inch 170 lbs frame. Her photographs are taken approximately 5 months after surgery and we expect her surgical scars to continue to fade nicely over the next several months. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 15

Breast Lift

This is a 60 year old 5’6 200 lbs female who is interested in a minimal breast reduction. She complains mostly of the sagging and deflated look of her breasts. A bilateral mastopexy and minimal breast reduction was performed using a Wise pattern incision. Photos at 6 months. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 16

Breast Lift

This is a 46 year old female who is interested in having her silicone implants removed. There is slight pain associated with her implants. Her implants were removed and Stratus was placed bilaterally for additional support of the breast tissue. Photos at 6 months. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 17

Breast Lift and Breast Implant Removal

This 47-year-old patient had breast implants placed 8 years previously. She had begun to experience an enlargement of her breasts and felt that they were simply too big, too heavy and too matronly in appearance. She requested removal of her implants and a lift. In order to get her lifted and nice and tight, it required a Wise, or anchor pattern skin reduction. None of her breast tissue was actually removed. Her postoperative photographs were taken 6 months following the procedure. We expect her surgical scars to continue to fade over time. Dr. Nini. (KTN)

Individual results may vary.

Patient 18

Breast Lift and Breast Implant Removal

This is a 40 year-old female who had gastric sleeve surgery for weight loss which resulted in volume loss of her breasts as well. She wanted to restore volume and improve the overall shape of the breasts. A dual plane breast augmentation was performed by Dr. Wey with smooth round moderate plus profile implants 250cc on the left and 225 on the right. Different sized implants were used to balance out her natural breast asymmetry. She also had a vertical mastopexy to lift the breasts. Photos were taken at 6 months. (PDW)

Individual results may vary.
