Facelift
This is a 61-year-old patient who desired facial rejuvenation to address her excess skin and fat around her lower face and neck, as well as the area around her eyes. Her preoperative photographs demonstrate a slightly lower eyebrow position along with excess skin and fat around the eyes and below her chin. She also has early jowls along the jawline. Dr. Nini also performed a minimally-invasive brow lift along with an upper and lower blepharoplasty to rejuvenate the area around the eyes. A lower facelift and neck lift was performed along with liposuction to smooth the neck and contour her jawline. Her after photos shown are 1 year after surgery.

This patient wished to improve the appearance of her jawline and correct the drooping skin below her neck. Dr. Wey performed a facelift. Our approach hides scars around the ear and into the hairline and tightens the cheeks and neck, while still maintaining a natural appearance.
