This is a 28 year old female who did not like the shape of her nose. She felt that her nose was ill defined. She also has some nasal deviation to the right as well as a septal deviation. She wanted her nose to be smaller overall as well. Dr. Nini performed a rhinoplasty with septoplasty and cartilage graft.

This 26 year old woman desired a rhinoplasty. Her primary concern related to the curvature of the dorsum of the nose. She did not want a drastic change. Dr. Nini suggested an open rhinoplasty technique which he feels provides the best control of the outcome. Her photographs are taken one year after the procedure.

This is an 18-year-old woman who desired a rhinoplasty. She wanted as natural an appearance as possible. Her tip was slightly bulbous and she had a mild dorsal hump. Dr. Nini performed an open rhinoplasty with dorsal reduction and cartilage sparing tip modification. This type of rhinoplasty avoids the pinched nasal tip that is so commonly seen with poor “nose jobs”.

Rhinoplasty
This 25-year-old man requested a cosmetic rhinoplasty. He had no history of trauma or breathing abnormalities. He simply wanted improvement in the dorsum of his nose and the tip. Dr. Nini performed an open rhinoplasty with dorsal reduction and tip refinement using very small caliber permanent sutures. Internal suturing techniques are used to secure all of the various cartilage structures in very precise positions. This technique helps to reduce the risk of late changes which can occur with rhinoplasty. His photos were taken at 8 months.

This is a 21-year-old-patient was interested in changing the shape of the tip of her nose. She feels it is too round and bulbous for her face. Dr. Nini performed an external tip rhinoplasty with cartilage modification. Her after photos shown are 4 months after surgery.
